I placed an order on their website for 2 parts to my push lawnmower. When I was paying I decided to use my credit card just in case anything went wrong and I needed to dispute a transaction... The only smart decision I made since deciding to go with these people.

I placed the order on Tuesday, May 26th and immediately received a form email with my confirmation number. The email said I would receive the items in 7 business days. It said not to call them before that time or it would slow delivery. 7 days came... and went.... I decided to give them an extra week so I didn't "slow delivery".

On Monday, June 8 I tried calling them. It was busy. I tried calling them for 3 straight hours on Monday and every single time I called the line was busy. I sent them an email asking the status. No response came. On Tuesday, June 9th I tried calling again. After about 1 hour and 6 calls I finally got a live person who said "thanks for calling, please hold". "NOOOOO!!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT ME ON HOLD" I hollered out in excitement. "I have to put you on hold to speak with the next representative, and if you hang up you'll have to go to the bottom of the list". Then came the hold music.

After 10 minutes of listening to "Smoke on the Water" over and over again a lady finally answered. I gave her the confirmation number and she put me on hold, which was great because it meant that I got to listen to another round of "Smoke on the Water". She came back a couple minutes later and told me that they hadn't received the parts yet and they should ship to me by the end of the week. At this point I was so frustrated with the serious lack of customer service at this company that I told her to cancel the order and refund the money back to my card. I'll be doing business with someone else.

Now here is the part that I wish I would have done before I ordered through them. Go to Google and search for "outdoor distributors complaints". Just do that before you give this company any business and I think you'll decide to do business with someone else. There are lots of websites full of complaints about these people and their bad business practices.
