 I ordered from Outdoorsonline.com on Dec 13th. I spent over $300 on gifts for my entire family for christmas and paid for next day shipping. The $ for the order came out of my account immediately but I never received shipping confirmation. The next day came and went and then the next week. I tried calling with no answer, I tried emailing no response. I tried alternative numbers online all were a dead end. Finally on Dec 23rd around 8pm I got an answer on one of the lines. They told me that they had run out of stock and would be shipping soon.

I asked to cancel the order they refused and said it was not possible because it was in the shipping process already. I waited another week still nothing. I called again, the exact same person answered the phone. I demanded a refund my request was denied. I was told I would receive an email shortly with tracking information and my package had been mailed two days prior I wouldn't get off the phone until the email came through. I tried to track the package with the number given and it was a false number. No package can be tracked. I tried to call thw number again it is disconnected. How can someone get away with this. It's total bulls***!
