Outdoorswell.com This company charged my credit card, but no product was received

I ordered a genderator from a Facebook advertisment On 9-28-18 and it is now 11-19-18. I have not received the product. I was not able to find a phone number for this company, but I did have an email address which I contacted. I have had no reply. I am reading reports of other people who were scammed also.
