Outedge Power Products (DBA New Orleans Imports and NOIC) will send you defective products and then not return your e-mails or messages. Their Amazon review portfolio consists of entirely one-star entries, if that tells you something. A search of the Better Business Bureau leads to the following entry: An "F" grade and an Alert informing you that they don't return their U.S. Mail either. Mail comes back to the BBB as "Undelivered".

Steer clear of this business and its aliases. If you end up doing business with them, you obviously didn't do the most rudimentary internet research before you bought.
