I purchased a 2 wheel self balancing scooter for my son on April 5, 2016. I was told to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. After the delivery time had passed, I emailed them every day. They did not respond. I also called the customer service number. There is an out going message that says they are no longer accepting customer service calls. I have been sending daily emails for just under 2 months. 

I have contacted the BBB and filed a claim. The BBB allowed them 2 weeks to respond. Outedge Power never responded to the BBB. 

I have contacted American Express and filed a fruad report to have the transaction reversed. I believe they are banking on the fact that most transactions are around $30.00 due to the large amount of cell phone batteries they allegedly sell and people wont bother with all the steps I have taken.

Beware! This company grifts people. You most likely will not be sent your order and from what I have read online, if they do send you your order, it is usually defective.
