outletpc.com Sells defective or used (sold as new) products deliberately and does not issue shipping refund. Fraud! Henderson, Nevada
Purchased several items. Received 1 (largest item) completely damaged and appears used. There is no customer support, just an automated message leading to another without any option of a "live" representative. Their return policies all state that shipping is not refunded. I've seen, on this site, the BBB and several others, similar complaints. So it seems that they are selling known or used products.
