I purchased an Ipod from Overstock.com. I paid $270.99 only $30 savings from purchasing from a reputable source. When the Ipod came, nothing came with it. It had no owners' manual, no earbuds, no charger, or software. Anybody that understands how an Ipod works knows that it does not work without all of these parts.

Luckily, we discovered this rip-off before the 20 day return policy. I explained what happened to Overstock.com. They will let us return the Ipod, of course at my expense and not only that, pay a 15% restocking fee. I could understand paying this fee if I changed my mind about a purchase. I received an item that does not work nor would it ever work!

In every response from them, they say the same thing, that I am responsible and that this item did not come with accessories. For a savings of $30 I have nothing. Oh and I almost forgot, this Ipod was a refurbished one!!

It will take some time to receive my $229.99 refund + shipping, not to mention that I am also out another $300 because I had to purchase one that works.

I am very disappointed in Overstock.com and just do not want others to be ripped off as I feel I have been.
