Overstock ripoff Salt Lake City Internet
Overstock.com GUARANTEED deliver by Christmas, hope you didn't fall for it like I did. I placed 4 separate orders based on their advertising, received only 1 full order, one partial order and that was it!!!!!! When contacted I was once again assured the items are in transit, well it is now Christmas and -you guessed it- I have been charged and they still have not delivered. What a rip-off!!!
Now they are telling me that they will refund my money when I receive and items and send them back...of course that may be next summer....please be warned away from this company and their fraud and misrepresentation!!! Of course they did offer a $5.00 store credit for my inconvience, but they still have my money and I have no merchandise. I plan on filing a complaint with the Utah Attorney General and urge other consumers that have been ripped off by Overstock to do the same.
