I purchased a set of Vupoint 2.4GHz Wireless Stereo Headphones on 08/12/2007. I had some initial problems getting them to work correctly and contacted Overstock. They agreed to process a return--but I was going to have to pay UPS $6.95 (Overstock ships all of their items for $2.95). I reread the manual that came with the headphones and discovered that I needed to reset my audio settings in Windows XP. The headphones worked fine so I did not return them. When I pulled out the headphones to use them the other day, again I experienced problems. I checked my settings. They were correct. I tested the USB port. It was operating correctly. I contacted Overstock again and asked for an even exchange. They refused because they only accept returns/exchange for 30 days after the purchase. It would be great if all product defects manifested within a 30 day time frame. Now, the headphone have stopped working and I am stuck with them. Please make sure to read Overstock's return policy before making a purchase.
