As a former emplyee of OCBFS I can tell thst it's their pracice to keep sales reps on a 1009 to avoid paying additional withhold. A clear violation of IRS regulations. I filed a fraud report with The IRS in Fresno,CA about this prctice. Will see what happens.

i worked for these people a year in the call center in Columbus,Ohio. for the first 5 months, they refused to put me down as a w-2'd employee. the marketing manager in Columbus Ohio Dave Azer is forcing employees at the call center to call 5 to 8 year old contest entries. these contest entries are people that have already told owens corning to take them off their calling list, and they continue harrassing these people right now. i have contacted the ohio attorney general and the FCC about these actions, and im sure this will stop soon. if you are being harrassed by owens corning, please contact the FCC and file a complaint.
