Owens Corning Basement Dr. Livingspace slow noncommunicative irresponsible overpromise underdeliver overpriced negligent West Conshohocken Pennsylvania
We contracted this vendor to finish the approx. 550 sq. ft. basement of a home my wife and I purchased in Dec. 2015. Per their contract, the work was slated to take 2-3 weeks. As of today (4/27/16), we are coming to the end of the 11th week and the work has still not been completed. The workers show up on average of 1 day per week. Despite our repeated communications with the project manager and general manager, the work has stalled and there has been no communication from the vendor since last weekend. Additionally, significant damage has been incurred to some of the furniture items in the vicinity of the work being performed as a result of negligence by the workers. I am looking for some sort of amicable and expeditious resolution to this issue. I am phenomenally disappointed.
