Just want to voice my frustration at your "process" to get my roof fixed. 4 year old roof..new leak  ..people who installed it says I must contact you  first. Called your  warranty center who tells me I must initiate the claim..wait for someone to come photograph my roof/water leak ,take samples to analyze the problem(which may take up to a month!!!) THEN they will fix my leak. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Why can't "Mr. I'm here to take pics/samples " just fix my leak? Is anyone going to pay for  further damage to the inside of my home that might occur during the 4 week ordeal of analyzing my roof? Seems to me you have set this up to be mind blowingly frustrating for the home owner to  just give up & foot the repairs out of pocket . I will wait  & pray that I have no problems during this process ...I will never buy anotherO/C product. You were more than happy to get instant payment when I bought your product but seem far less interested in providing instant (or at least reasonalbly expedited) repair service!

The company that installed my roof came & made repairs/suggestions without any expectation of being  paid . Their customer service by far outshines the O/C people.All done in one day NOT the 4+ weeks quoted by OWens Corning
