This company offers a 3 day trial period in which if you cancel within the 3 days you will supposedly not be charged.  FALSE! I signed up thinking it was a 3 day trial and then I found out they had put a hold 39.95 in my personal account.  I called them immediately to cancel. Within a weeks time made 10-15 calls and was ignored, hung up on, transferred to the same guy, Kerry, was refused to being transferred to owner or supervisor, was told they could not access my account, was told they could not find my account, was told the hold would come off in 72 hours, was told it would take 30 days, that I supposedly signed up for a full account, threatened, and numerous other lies. 

This company has at least 2 websites, 4 addresses, and 6 phone numbers.  They took the 39.95 out of my account AFTER I cancelled and are basically refusing to refund the money.  I live on disability and wanted to buy a home for my son and I so we would not have to move ever again. In the meantime I had to cancel my debit card and file an affadavid along with a letter with my bank.  I also filed a report with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the FTC (Federal Trade Commision).  This company needs to be hit with a lawsuit and their company being forced to shut down.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear what has happened to you.  I hope that you are doing better now.  This company also scammed me but in a different way so to speak.  I have a report on this site with what the have done but there is more.  After I called numerous times to cancel the supposed 3 day free trial the manager (same one everytime I called) Kerry informed me that I did not cancel within the 3 days.  He stated he never spoke to me until AFTER the 3 day time period.  Like the day right after the 3 day limit.  Funny I never spoke to him on that day it was the 3 days prior to that day in which he is denying even after he called me back on the 1st day.  He told the supposed accounting department that I did not cancel until the 25th and told me he cancelled on the 18th.  I called the 12th (day I signed up for the supposed 3 day trial) 13th, and the 14th.  Everytime I got a new excuse from him.  They charged my card 39.95 on the 18th and overdrafted my account.  Today I checked my account and they are trying to take another 39.95 even AFTER I cancelled and they admitted that to the BBB and I cancelled my debit card on the 14th (the supposed 3rd day of the trial period) and got a new one.  I cannot figuar out how they are trying to take out another 39.95 from my account.  I would like to start a fraudulent lawsuit against this company.  There are a lot of complaints on here and other websites as well as on the BBB website.  If anyone can get an attorney to go after this scamming company we need to do it to shut them down.  My email address is [email protected].  I plan on filing a report with the FBI because they have been scamming on the internet and over state lines.  I also reported them to the FTC.  The more reports that the FTC and FBI receives the better.
