During my interactions with Mr. Jackson I found him to be dishonest, unreliable, and have extremely poor charactor. Appointment(s) and promises were not kept, money was lost, assistance was not provided as promised.

I have learned this guy does his business out of his garage or house at (((redacted))), Round Rock, TX 78664. a residental address. My guess is he is not even registered with the city of Round Rock. His website trys to portray an actual IT company,but personally I wouldnt want to trust my business communications to a guy working out of his garage or house. It looks like he set a twitter account in 2010 but there is nothing on it at all..lol

Are you willing to put your hard work and business in the hands of something like this? But if you are considering him, do yourself and business a BIG favor, run a credit and criminal check on him PRIOR to giving hime ANY money. I think what you see will encourage you to look else where

Just do as stated, do a credit and criminal background check BEFORE doing business with him. OR just move on to a reputible company!!!

To Whom It May Concern:

 

I (Tommy Jackson) and authorized Telecom Provider, met with the owner Dr. Roger Borbon in regards to Time Warner Business Class service on June 12th,2013. At the time they had AT&T DSL and AT&T phone service. I had proposed Time Warner Phone and Internet services at a lower rate which included faster internet speed as well. The monthly charges for TWC Internet and Phone service before taxes, surcharges and fees is $189.80 per month, this is what the Doctor agreed and signed to. (Please see attached) Their AT&T internet speed at that time was a 6x512K Internet Connection; I quoted the doctor a l0xl Mg Circuit this is double the amount of speed that he was receiving from AT&T. So I did in fact provide them with "faster" internet speed, also did quote him service that is cheaper and faster (Please see customers first TWC Bill).

 

The Doctor called me upset a couple of months later that their bill was high due to Taxes that are regulated by the State and Federal Govt. I explained to the Doctor that I did not control nor did I ever state that the $189.80 would include Taxes, surcharges and fees. The Doctor was still not happy, at this point I proposed to the doctor a new VoIP Solution that would include all Taxes, Surcharges and Fees in the monthly total cost. There were initial equipment charges for the new phones he had to have in order to have the new VoIP Phone service, which would ultimately provide him an even lower rate than what he was paying with TWC.

 

Customer agreed to the switch and purchase of new phones on 12/12/2013. Pure Life Chiropractic had their new phones and service installed on 01/09/2014. We WAIVED all install, set up and programming charges to the customer, we also sold the customer all of his equipment at wholesale cost. Idid this as a curiosity for the customer given the nature of his experience he had expressed to me. Recently Maggie Dodd, Pure Life Chiropractic new office manager reported quality issues with their phones, Maggie also stated their internet was really slow. We sent an independent IT Tech to their location to troubleshoot their reported issues. Per our IT Tech and TWC Tech Support findings, Pure Life Chiropractic is exceeding their capacity of their 1Oxl due to their internet usage. They also did not have a router in place to "shape" their internet traffic thus causing issues with their internet and voice quality (Please note: They do have a TWC Modem but this was not enough based on the activity that could be seen from TWC Tech Support and determined by our independent IT Tech).

 

We installed a PEPLINK PETWAVE SOHO ROUTER at their office. This has eliminated any issues they have had with any form of call quality or slow internet. We did suggest in our follow up that the customer upgrade their internet based on what they are currently using/usage. We also waived the tech visit, install and trip charge to the customer's location. Due to the fact that we determined that the issues reported were on their end. These are all charges the customer would normally have to pay; this is a standard cost with all service companies. We did charge the customer for the PEPLINK PETWAVE SOHO, that the customer has yet to pay for.

 

Bottom line is from day 1of meeting with the Doctor at Pure Life Chiropractic I had offered a solution that would reduce his phone and internets cost as well as improve his speed. The customer was not happy because of charges that are not within my control. I have invested time and resources into this

 

 

 

 

Customer to ensure his satisfaction. I have no control over user error or the lack of responsibility the business owner does not want to take. There are investments you have to make in order to ensure your business runs smoothly. I have been this business for over 15 years with no complaints in regards to the service I provide. I am very sorry that the customer feels as if I had "bait and switched" him, but this was not the case. As for their "communications" and or internet going down this is simply not true, this can also be verified by Time Warner Business Class, as they can log into the Time Warner modem to verify their internet had not gone down ever. Pure Life Chiropractic did have an old credit card machine that was an analog machine. These are very rare, and most Merchant companies are required to provide their customers with a up to date credit card machines for compliance.  Pure Life Chiropractic prior office manager called into my office and reported their credit card machine was down; we advised the customer we do not offer tech support for POS/Credit Card machines and to contact their Merchant Service Company. Per their prior office manager she did reach out to their Merchant provider and was given a new machine this should be an issue the Doctor address with his merchant provider not with One World Networks, LLC.

 

Below are charges that include services and equipment that were reduced or waived, all in an effort to satisfy the customer.

 

Initial Install,Set up and Programming- $300

Install,Trip Charge for installation of NEW Peplink Router - $120

Onsite Independent IT Tech - $300 ($99/Hr)

VoIP Phone Discount - $175.00

Complaint: ***** ******* called on my office under the umbrella of being a **** ****** representative. He compared the services and costs of what I had with **** to what he could offer with **** ******. After reviewing all the information he provided me with numbers which were approximately $100/month less than that which I was paying to ****. He told me the amount that I would be charged and I verified with him that the amount he disclosed was the absolute bottom line dollar amount total. He assured me that it was. When I received my first bill it was very close to the same amount that that I was paying to ****. This was on top of the extra expenses I incurred due to his misinformation to the tech who set up our system and lost all communications and internet to my office for several days. I scheduled a meeting with him at my office to confront him on the expenses. He said that it was out of his control and that is just the way it was. While I was very frustrated, the most important matter was how to fix our communications given that he had already discontinued the services and equipment that was in place via ****. He offered a solution which just happened to be his company's Voice Over Internet Phone (VOIP) service and equipment. I was stuck to do anything but agree as I could not afford to be without communications any longer as new patient and long-standing patient phone calls are critical for the financial stability of our business. This cost me a lot of money and even though I think that he was manipulating **** ****** and using their branding as an easy entrance for business to business sales pitches (which the offer did not match the advertised amount), I think the biggest fraud would fall under the category of BAIT & SWITCH. So to this day he is getting my money monthly for VOIP services. His company, OWN Networks LLC, is extremely non-responsive. They were scheduled to be here two weeks ago to fix our phones which have been improperly functioning. They still have not showed or even called despite several attempts to contact them.
