We took our car to the Oxmorr Collision Center for repairs after an accident. The car is a Mazda 3 so we thought, since the Oxmoor Auto Group owns a Mazda dealership, they would be the best company to go to. WE WERE WRONG. These people cannot repair damaged vehicles at all. They have had our car for over three weeks and continue to give us excuses concerning finishing the repairs. Here is a list of the problems:



They ordered the wrong parts (multiple times), they forgot to order required parts, they caused other damage during the repairs and had to order more parts, they used salvaged parts which did not work and caused other problems they could not fix, they do not return calls as promised, their staff is completely incompetent. Hopefully that's enough to warn you.



Remember they own a Madza dealership yet they can't fix what they sell (isn't that a laugh). Please do not take your car to these people THEY ARE PATHETIC. Just to prove my point, my daughter took her car there for repairs and had similar problems so its not like this is a one time thing (I know I should have learned).



BTW, my car is still not completely fixed.
