oxygen & sleep associates of oak ridge created a bill for me, they refuse to honor a contract i had with the company they bought out, oak ridge Tennessee
This company bought out covenant home health care, which i had a contract with covenant home health, for 5 years and had to pay nothing. but now i get 2 bills from oxygen & sleep a*s. of oak ridge. i was not notified that they had bought covenant home care and that they would not honor my contract, instead they just sent me a bill. i called them on 9/21/17 and asked why i got a bill and why they not honoring my contract. the said they did not have to.
I told them to come and pick it up they came the next day, but did not take it. instead they sent me another bill. i was told they would put on hold till they could find out what to do, they did not, i told the driver to take it but he said no, instead sent another bill. i am on a fixed income of $804.00 month i can not aford this. also they are very rude, not helpful and just don't care and you can not even get ahold of the billing dept. to talk to them. this is the worst company i have ever talked to. the equipment is 5 oxygen tanks and a portable oxygen machine.the charged me $158.51 month and i got 2 billsfrom them a total of $317.02, i can not afford.
