Complaint Review: P & S Renovations & Landscaping - New Orleans Louisiana

we have been contacting mr. peter allen for 2 months now. he keeps saying that hes going to come out and finish the job. well one day he says hes comming then he calls back and says he can not make it. well now yesterday he says that he is not going to finish the job because he does not have the funs to. we have paid he well enough money to finish this job over the contract amount. peter allen said just to get a lawyer cause all they are going to do is send him another letter. we have contacted the Da"s office in new orleans this has been about 2 months now they said they would investigate the matter and let us know something in 15 days.( peter called when he got the letter from the Da's office but still refuses to finish the job) still no word from the Da's office. also i contacted the bbb and filed a report with them. the bbb said that there was no response for the company and that they have no interest in resloving the matter. bbb said that they would put it on a file for 3 years that P&s renovations did not respond. they did not do that because it says that P & s has a good record with them. how messed up is that. also contacted the fcc which they did nothing. also contacted the Da's office in assumption parish where i live and the work was not finished. they sent me to the sheriffs station. at the sheriffs station i filed a police report. then was sent to a dective. whent to talk to the dective the dective took my information and said that hes going to send it to the district attorneys office to see if we can file criminal charges. still no word from them. i contacted a lawyer the lawyer send peter allen a letter but did no good. so for now i guess im going to file a law suite cause no matter what i do it seems like these people are just taking everyones money and running also found out that peter allen is selling his home for 395,000 dollars just type in 11177 winchester park drive in google has lots of listings on a bunch of sites that says its for sale. also posted a review on every website that i found his name on like yellow pages.com i have lots of pic and sent them to everyone its even posted on knownothing. also sent copys of the contract, check stubs, and pic to the louisiana board of contractors. i am not going to stop tell i get my money back this is fraud he said he was lic and on the contract it states lic and insured. stole my money screwed up my home. the room will cave in if we take down a brace board that is in the middle of the room cause they dident build it right. i wish i could add the pic on this site so everyone could see how bad of a job they did but if u would like me to email you some pic please feel free to email me and i would be happy to email them to u (((ROR redacted))) CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.
