pac west telecomm Payday loans I was trying to get a payday loan so I filled some out online well this one lady calls me up on 4/28/2014 tells me I qualify up to 1,500 to 3,000 dollars I was happy then she transfered me to her supervisor to ok it. stockton California
But he said because of my credit score isn't so good he would have to ok with the better business burrow and I woud havw to go down and buy a greendot card of 120.00 dollars to show them that i could make the first payment. So I try to borrow the 120.00 they told me I would be able to pay it right back. So this morning I go buy a greendot card of 120.00 dollars they call me back and told me after they tried to transfer it the fedral bank placed ahold on it and now I need to pay 80.00 dollars
