We have been mislead from this company since the beginning.  They told us that they never take more than 45-days to pay, and that all of the bad reviews online are wrong and innaccurate.  The sad part is that we believed them.  The job we did for them was completed in the beginning of July, was approved by the customer that same day, and all invoices, verifications etc were completed the same day.  Now, as we call them, the owner Rick and the accountant, Cherri, give us the run around everytime, and usually find a way to simply not talk to us--i.e. on the phone, not there etc.  Be aware, the several reviews, this one included, that are online warning people not to do business with them, is unfortunately true.  They do not pay, and are very unprofessional. Do not waste your time or hard earned money doing any work for them. The alias that they used for us is Pacific Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc of Roseville, CA.

I have seen many bad reviews regarding Pacific Air, but have not had 1 problem with them thus far.  We've been working with them for over a year now and payment has always been made clear to us on how much and when.  Small businesses such as ourselves can get upset easily because we work within different budgets to keep afloat.  Big businesses, such as the ones we service have a much larger budget and can afford the luxury of multiple channels to push paper through.  In doing business with larger companies, we just had to realize that there is a process at that level and if followed, and respected, everything flows smoothly for both of us.

This review is inaccurate as they have one instanct where perhaps there were guidelines not followed for work performed, or something with the client, but they do not know that this company never pays.  It does, and often.  People like this are misleading and typically still provide services for this company yet have to get their emotional outbursts out of the way when things don't go their way.  Falsly accusing someone of something is wrong and considered harassment.
