We did 2 service calls in August 2011 at Blockbuster in Maryville, TN for Pacific Air and they will not pay us. We changed a compressor on a rooftop unit & then went back & added freon to another unit.

I have tried to get someone to call me back and no one will return a call. I have sent emails and I only get a computer generated reply back stating to allow 7 days for the claims to process.

Pacific Air is a RIPOFF!!! Other vendors should beware of doing any type of business with them or for them!!

Not sure who you are since you only titled yourself as employee. If in fact you are an employee then you should be able to find our info on your list of vendors. Especially since we did finally receive a partial payment from you on January 31, 2012.

Our original invoice was done on August 15 & it only took you guys 5 1/2 months after jerking us around to pay us. And to top it off you did not pay the balance in full. We had to write the remaining balance off as a bad debt.

We do not know who this vendor is, and regret we cannot reach out to them.

Our Vendors, over 10,000 working Vendors, are paid per the Terms of our Purchase Order.

At times, a new Vendor may not follow these Terms, and payment may be delayed until proper submittal is received.  Since this report is over 1 1/2 years old, the issues may have been resolved. 

We welcome any return, should this Vendor require help.  Please call us and ask for Vendor Management.
