The issue remains unresolved, and I am still disputing the unjustified $655.26 charge to my credit card.
Pacific Atlantic Freight:
] continues to refer to a UPS FREIGHT delivery receipt as justification that my 50 lb shipment actually weighted 500 lbs, as measured by UPSF.(This unvalid, because UPSF puts 500 pounds on all Freight class 150 items weighting 500 pounds or less, REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT ACTUALLY WEIGHTED).
] has not addressed where the TTL of 150 lbs on the same document came from.
] still just using marked up/winternal documents to support their position. None of these documents have ever been sent directly to me. Some have no document numbers, and most have no record of who marked up or originated/authorized the document.
] has provided no rate sheet to show their calculations for the charge of $655.26.
] still refuses to provide UPSF RE WAY certificate which will document the actual weight measured ( 50 lbs or less). This a breech of contract promice.
]still refuses to provide UPSF invoice documents to show where their charges have changed. This a breech of contract/promice.
] still has notaddressed why Judy of PAF billing on August 12th said that PAF had made a mistake, and it was not a weight issue at all.
] still has not provided proof that Judy had requested a $404 refund from UPSF, nor proof that it was denied by UPSF.
] has not explained why the insured value and dimensions ( volume) were not listed on the B/L PAFS 346
] HAS NOT ADDRESSED WHY THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED AS A FREIGHT CLASS 150 ITEM, WHEN I HAD REPORTED IT AS A FREIGHT CLASS 400 ITEM. A POTENTIAL FREIGHT LAW VIOLATION
] did not sign B/L # PASF# 346, even though it was a PAF document.
