Why don't you simply ship them if now they are ready??

Your rebuttal is ridiculous, contentless. facts speak: I don't have the wheels I paid. You no longer answer emails after promising a countless number of times you'd be ready to send the wheels.
You simply don't have that wheels, never had them.
DCA procedure is on going.....Justice will be made. The only way to stop the process is to give my money back. As simple as that.
PS. You should check your English before submitting. Doesn't really make a good service to your company reputation and credibility....Gents, be carerful to these people...

Unfortunately we can't satisfy some customers, specially after we receive a threatening e-mails.
We are a Chrome Plating Company, and we also sell Harley Motorcycle Parts on our e-bay store, this customer request an invoice through pay pal after he check out our listing on e-bay, we sent the invoice for the set of wheels he saw on e-bay, describing them, he paid the invoice. we did ship the wheels.
Once he receive the wheels he reject them because he notice they were not the ones he wants. after he was already paid for them. the wheels in the way back were lost, the postal office never told us until 4 months later.during that time we kept tracking them, but there was no response.
First he should have review the invoice we sent him, before he pay for it, an make sure those were the wheels he really wanted, secondly we have records on e-bay that we had ever list a wheels like the ones he is talking about, ( 2 solid ones). thirdly we didn't lost the wheels, we just shipped the wheels as requested.
Now we have a customer for Italy, that wants another set a wheels and we were trying to get those for him even though we don't sell them like that (solid), besides we have a lost on the wheels he rejected. We were working on the wheels and whiling to ship them, but he keeps sending us e-mails,we would like all our customers be satisfy, but some times is impossibly.
