Pacific Component Xchange not selling Obsolete product, they are Absolutely Fraud company instead!
This company placed an order value : US$ 16,585 to our company SavantIC Electronic. We mentioned parts are OEM stock not our own so it will take 7days till we get item and we ship to them & they accept
Order placed & we purchased item from our OEM and paid OEM ,we have enough evidence parts are original so we were confident on Quality & offered Net-7 Term to Pacfic Component Xchange.
we ask OEM to have them Test visually & technically and they confirm they passed All tests include simple acetone test ( very simple you put some acetone to see if marking will disappear ) , so part passed all those Tests & we got confirmation these are original Part.
On time of shipment they ask is to make it pre-paid and we send item using our FedEx Account.
After 7days we asked for payment, they came back to us and make alibis these are REMARK !!!! they sent funny picture showing bended IC lids & acetone test showing removed marking, while our record shows parts are perfect in condition.
we ask them to send back item if it does not fit their requirement prior they make it garbage, guess what they answer ! we can not return this part and we should keep them here ?!
we are out of US so they play around with this dirty business conduct, now it is clear it was All pre-planned from their side, they had Junk stuff in their facility and simply want to take material from us without paying anything.
We appreciate any legal party report them to Local authorities cause it is not business it is Fraud.
