This warranty is not honored by G.M.C. The person selling the warranty said, I had 30 days to look over the policy and decide. It took me 72 hours for me to decide, I didn't want it. I called them back and told them to cancel.



They said, I needed to sign a form to cancel, the call was made on the 11th of August. The form came on a Friday, the 14th August, more time wasted. They had taken $500.00 out of account. I fax the form off and called. On the form it stated it will take 10-14 days to process. That was more time for them to waste.



On or about the 20th of August I called again to ensure cancellation. The customer service gentlemen said, that my paper work was being process through and it would take 4 to 6 week. Then he hang up on me. I try calling him back and he hang up on me again. The third time I try, to reach the individual a lady answered and said he was busy.



Send I have cancel with with this company within 15 days or less.  I thought I wouldn't have any problems getting my money back.  I have been receiving billing statements.  My bank and saving account have been emptied by unauthorized means unknown to me.



They take little time in taking your money out and take all the time in the world giving it back or delaying the time so they can get more.



They are one big scam, I feel sorry for anyone that becomes a victim like me. Waiting to get my money back.
