Pacific Homeworks BEWARE....TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT DOESN'T KEEP THEIR WORD torrance California
WORST COMPANY EVER-The job they were suppose to complete: Fix cracks on garage, apply cool wall on the exterior of a 400 sq ft garage, relocate the side garage door, replace trip all around the house and garage doors and relocate water and gas line for washer and dryer and replace with cooper.
-Workers never showed up on time during the whole time the project was conducted
-Had to call looking for them
-Left a mess on my property (coke can, nachos, cups). Didn't clean up the old wood or PVC pipes that was replaced. Left it on the ground for me to clean
-damaged my wrought iron gate (removed the paint and smeared paint from the garage onto the gate)
- Salesman said that certain things would be done that were not done
-Over priced-price is not worth the type of work they do nor the service they provide.
-Company doens't follow thru in a timely manner
-Workers come to do one thing, leave, comes back the next day to work on the next thing, instead of doing everything at once. Workers are inefficient. What they did could have been done in 3 days tops, instead it took them 6 days
-Company does not keep there word and to talks to you like your an idiot. Tried to say that the job is a 25K-30K job. Are you kidding. You sprayed Cool wall on the exterior of a 400 sq ft garage and relocated the side door and patched the whole of where the old door was. INSULTING, especially with the type of service you provide
