Pacific Modeling & Acting, Kathy Eisner Scammed in Albuquerque?? - We need to get together! Albuquerque New Mexico
This company scammed us for $3000 in Albuquerque and apparently are going around the U.S. hitting all major cities. They have your child audition for an agent. In our case, it was Paul Weber who is the in house agent for MGM. I researched him and he was the real guy. I'm not sure how he got mixed up in this.
They told me Paul Weber wanted to sign my child but would not do so without training. So we paid for this class located 3 1/2 hours from our home. They had the first two classes and then sent an email saying they closed.
We were reeled in by Kathy Eisner, who is supposedly the sister in law to Michael Eisner. She also told us she has a very famous daughter but refused to tell us who. I would assume she actually believes her lies from telling them so many times. If she is an Eisner, seems like someone in that family would set her straight.
They are very careful to make sure that you have no class member or teacher contact information. Clearly they have scammed before.
ALBUQUERQUE PEOPLE - We need to get as many people together and file a class action law suit. PLEASE EMAIL ME so that we can get this together!!

I was a teacher hired by the Pacific Modeling and Acting Academy to teach at the Albuquerque, New Mexico location. I and the other teachers here in New Mexico were taken in by this fraud just like the parents. I am doing everything I can to get the media and our local officials involved in investigating this situation, and trying to get as many parents in communication with each other as possible so that they can take whatever legal action is available to them. A parent in Seattle, Washington has started a blog online to help parents in the different states where this happened get in touch with each other. This blog also has very helpful information and guidance as to what parents should be doing on their own to start legal proceedings, including filing police reports, reports with theAttorney General's office, and the Internet Crime Center.
