Page Plus allows you to pay for plans by the month. If you want to pay for multiple months in advance to avoid disruption of service, you do what is called "stacking" plans. I've done this many times in the past but when I did it today it completely deleted my current plan which had barely been used. Page Plus basically stole $30 from me. When I asked if it could be reversed, they said it was impossible and that it was policy to do this to their customers. They are THEIVES.

It is the policy of Page Plus to rip off their customers by erasing their credit when they "upgrade" to a higher plan.
There is absolutely no reason they need to do this. They do it to line thier own pockets.
Even if it is legal, it doesn't make it right. If a customer is upgrading, shouldn't they be treated well instead of having a whole month of service simply disappear?
Maybe other people think this is fair or right, but I suspect only Page Plus and their minions will see no problem with this.

Yet again YOUR ignorance is what has caused this yet YOU seek to place the blame on them because YOU screwed up. TYPICAL SELF ENTITLMENT!! Odds are that the information is in the original paperwork that YOU agreed to when YOU purchased the phone. YOU are a victim of YOUR ASSUMPTIONS!!!! While yes it sucks for you its NOT theft. YOU unintentionally upgraded your service. THAT is NOT thier fault and YOU are just mad because YOU screwed yourself over and THEY cant fix YOUR MISTAKE. Get over it and move on. Social media is just going to see what I have seen. A whiney crybaby who made a mistake and wont take responsibility for that mistake. Then once its found out that YOU did this to yourself, YOU go and defame them on a media outlet because YOU are all butthurt. Please do us ALL a favor and just stay off the web. YOU have done more damage to yourself by posting DEFAMATION due to YOUR error. In case YOU have forgotten its STILL a crime and YOU can be held accountable for what YOU have WILLINGLY AND WITH MALICE intentionally posted. We get it, YOU screwed up and they couldnt help YOU reverse the screw up. It doesnt make it a ripoff and its NOT theft. YOU did this to yourself, deal with it.
