SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINT IN SUMMERFIELD FL  referred   CARL MIKE COOK  THE Paint Doctor...  (((REDACTED)))who gets money by writing up painting contracts asking for half down then saying he is too busy to come and do the work...

After 6 weeks i demanded he start painting because i could not move my things from storage until my place was painted...he keeps telling u he will start then does not show up...when he does start painting he makes a mess by spraying switches locks door handle,,,,overspray etc....

After I fired him in writing and in person....i locked up my house and told the security gate not to let him in...he kept asking to get in until he was let in....i had everything locked except a window he covered with plastic...(((REDACTED))

the unbelievable part is he comes into my unoccupied house to paint other projects....without regard to damage to my floors....he gets the patio door open even though it was locked...his key would not open the front door and i blocked the sliding patio door....(((REDACTED)))

.(((REDACTED))...I WAS TOLD BY THE MARION COUNTY 0CALA FL SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT THAT IS A CIVIL MATTER.....

I FIRED HIM CALLED THE SHERRIFF AND LOCKED MY HOUSE UP AS MUCH AS I COULD...AFTER 3 CALLS TO THE COPS I WAS TOLD BY ONE THAT MIKE COOK HAS A RIGHT TO COME INTO MY HOME WITHOUT NOTICE OR PERMISSION TO TAKE HIS PROPERTY...... 

HE HAS NOT BROKEN INTO MY HOUSE BECAUSE HE HAS A CONTRACT AND A KEY... even though he managed to unlock my patio door it was not a break in because the lock was in tact...part of it missing but no glass was broken... HE CAUSED DAMAGE TOOK MY PAINT AND $2000.  COST ME 3 MONTHS MORTGAGE STORAGE AND UTILITY BILLS...ABOUT $5000.
