Pak Mail The refused to forward my mail after I refused to renew my contract. PO claim to continually have issues with them. Pembroke Pines Florida
They claim that I agreed not to forward my mail once my contract ended. So now no one knows where my mail is. I have not gotten my mail for over three months. They just return it to mailer. They had me traveling all over to find my mail. The PO receives similar complaints. Owner was threatening when I told him I was going to make a report to the BBB.
The owner of this store is extremely rude, and seems to think that customers don't have the right to know beforehand what happens to their mail after they end their contract. They do not know the meaning of customer service and respect. CONSUMER BEWARE!
