This Video link will better educate consumers about these types of Collection Notices.
Finally, I found out from this site that it was a scam! My husband and I just got out of the military and were looking to rent a house, and this came up in his credit report! We had AT&T in Puerto Rico, but the dates didn't apply at all!
I will try the phone numbers I see listed in this site by other people, but if they don't work; we'll get them one way or another and let everyone else know how to as soon as possible also!
