This Video link will better educate consumers about these types of Collection Notices.
I have no record on file with Dobson Cellular Systems. But Palisade Collections wants me there with a bad report on my credit. I talked with Dobson and they have no idea who this company is, and will not try to find out why this Company is Slandering their Company Name.
