Like so many here I also found this company on my credit bureau. It was for an AT&T bill for over $400.00. I haven't been with AT&T for decades. In fact, the time frame they said I had the service, I lived in an entirely different state.
I filed a report with the police in the county that the Duluth office is in. This is considered identity theft and they have seen the complaints on this page about this company. If I recall correctly, I filed mine with Gwinnett County.
Please, one of the best ways to stop them is to file a police report with the local agency. Also, file a report with your state's attorney general. This is theft and fraud. The above mentioned state and local agencies are our best line of defense against these people.
