TO Everyone out ther please check ur credit report everyday get copys of your report please this people palisades collection llc put a lien on my accounts and i cant even pay my bills i cant even get in to my account they even debit out cash from my account to this is not right i work very hard im a part time worker and i work in a nursing home i help people everyday i just had a baby boy who is 8months now and i have 5 other children its not fair this is just not fair at all i never talked to this guy todd houslanger/matt blake before in my life never did no letter in writing or anything at all from theses people and they can just go in my bank account like that and take what they feel and put a lien on my account like that what happen to my rights now i just dont feel safe with my money in any bank anymore the bank didnt even contact me at all they never did i found out when me and 2 other workers went out for lunch on wednesday 30th 2008 in the afternoon and i went to pay for my food and it was declined and then i called the bank but the bank never ever notified me at all and i have a alert on my account and like i said i called gateway and they had no idea what i was talking about with this collection agency i gave gateway my name social security# dob address and they still had vno idea what i was talking about at all they had no kind of information about me at all the gentlement gave me his name id badge and a service quest# to show that i called them about this problem and if i needed to contact them back i had a service quest# about this situation and i called before it will be faster to help me with this situation i called the collection and a lady told me that she was closing the case because she didnt have proper validation letter stating that there was ever a account open in my name but she told me that i had to contact matt blake hes the 1 who put the lien on my account and i did left 2 messages on machine and no response at all then i tried to contact todd houslanger and the voice mail came on with matt blake asking to leave a message at the tone so i did no response at all.

don't fret. these guys are really really dumb. Suggestion, write to each person involved, gateway and palisades, request a response within 30 days. if no response, send a letter to all 3 credit bureaus. Phone calls never work with palisades, because the reps are paid on how much they collect. they are driven to bilk you for debt you may not owe, fully ignoring federal and state regulations. I have a letter you can send to palisades, that will shake em, you'll get a kick out of it. It's not rude, it just requests lots on information related to your debt that would cost at least 10k in services to get the info related to your debt.
