Yandry Palenzuela is a complete liar and scam artist who charged me thousands to complete a well which he never completed. He also stated that he pulled a permit and then when I found out he did not he claimed one wasn't needed (untrue)
He promised to come out in a week and a half which he then extended to several months to fix the issue but never showed up. After doing research Yandry is a seasoned criminal with multiple fraud related charges under his belt. And he maintains an F rating with the Better business Burea. Consumer be aware
