Palm Beach Window and Door It is clear to see this window company cares about taking your money, providing lies, not follow up or service Jupiter, Florida
Only in Florida could a company this unethical be allowed to continue to fleece thier unsuspecting customers. "Get the money and skip the service" is obviously the motto of this fly-by-night rip-off scam.
The unethical and dishonest behavior flows from the top down. Owner Bill Shea stays behind the scenes, not working much, but he directs and has taught his coharts in crime well. He, his sales-punk Doug, and most of the rest of the merry band of thieves care only about taking your money. Once they have it, don't expect the least bit of follow-through.
What is so disturbing is what great con men they are. They are "so nice", promising you the world, and having you believing they are so wonderful...until the check clears. Then try reaching them and good luck getting what you were promised.
Anyone in need of windows or doors in the palm beach area would be well advised to look elsewhere. Palm Beach Window and Door, at best has the worst service you could imagine, and at best are out and out thieves. They should be out of business.

I have read the letter displayed on Rip Off Report and believe it to be fraudulent, either from a disgruntled employees or possibly
from one of our many competitors. I am the president of the Palm Beach Window and Door and It has always been our companys policy to provide quality workmanship, superior products, and unsurpassed customer service.
We love your site and believe there are times when it provides an invaluable service to people that have no remedy to be heard. However, in this case we would like the opportunity to identify clearly burned's complaint and then be able to address
the matter in a positive and agreeable manner.
