Palmentere Brothers Cartage Stole my Identity, Cost me my life and family respect. I have nothing left but Fight for my Rights Kansas City, Missouri
Palmentere Brothers has cost me almost everything I have worked for in the 19 years of driving a truck.
Pay: Settlement sheets with review have double charges to reflect and match pay. If you look at one of your settlement sheets you will see, they subtract a charge for lumper or file then turn around and add it back into taxable charges. This was pointed out to (Melissa Driver Manger) Staff in Management and owner of company (Barry, and Joe) Their response was oh no see it's right, immediatley taking back settlement sheet.( not to return it to me) they said they would mail all my sheets to my home address.
Fines:Can not show written policy for any fine they charge, and can not show proof they have legal right to inforce fines unknown to drivers prior to charging them.
DAC: 12/2008 attached DAC with abandonment on my DAC then black-mailed me with removing charge off DAC if I came back to work for them, this did keep other companies from hiring me so I went back to clear DAC.
Only to have them again after same non-pay, double charging fines,lumpers,fuel,repairs whatever else they could charge. Settlement showed all their math and no pay for me.
And attached my DAC for a second time with same charge.
All this because I requested my pay, a review of all my loads and copies of all my settlement sheets.
When I could not get this issue resolved I took truck to yard it was a re-power load to KCyard my BOL del address, (Palmentere Main Yard) for del by second driver the next week. people net reflected this and BOL address also
Handed keys to driver manager and Dispatcher truck was clean, locked,secure I was not under a load
I have filed a complaint with
EEOC of MN and MO
BBB of MO
OOIDA
DOT Federal and state (TX,MO,MN) just incase. Lic out of TX live in MN and company in MO.
DOT investigation put this company on watch, well looks like compliance not their strong suit but maybe this time will be the last.
I am not finished I will atleast cause a sleepless night for them, you must fight for what is right and just. This company should not be allowed to steal, from hard working families and laugh in the face of the State and Federal Gov.
