Dear Tom, I'm Tina Cecil a manager for Palmetto Marketing out of Coral Springs, Fl. I read your complaint and am very sorry you did not recive your order. I'm not sure when you placed your order but orders are delivered within 90-120 days as stated on your reciept. Our company clears over 185,000 subscriptions a year and has been in business more than 15 yaers. If you feel the agent was to pushy I appolagize for that. We don't teach them pushy or deceptive methods nor do we condone them. Some times do to human error some orders may come late or not at all, we are very sorry if thats the case. please send a copy of your reciept and cleared check or bank statement for proof of purchase. Please attach a letter stating you never recieved your order as well as any complaints you may have regarding the sales agent. We will be glad to fill your order if you wish or give you a full refund. Thank you for letting us respond and again we are very sorry for any inconvenience.
