This company is one of those "get rich quick" companies and appeal to unskilled and unsuspecting college students. They use false advertising to lure their potential employees when, in reality, Pan Atlantic Inc is a door-to-door sales company and the only ones who profit are the supervisors and the company director, Justin Cobb; who is featured in many ripoff report complaints as a global scam artist.
There are countless employee reviews of this company that expose it as being a pyramid scheme and a scam. First, they appeal to the employees by telling them they'll be rich in no time, as long as they devote all of their time into the company. An average work day is 12 to 13 hours, six days a week (sometimes seven when the office isn't open). They offer no health benefits, no overtime and is an "eat on the run" schedule. Employees have had personal items stolen from the office and the female sales associates have encountered verbal sexual harrassment from the male supervisors. The supervisors claim that it's all playful fun and that the "team" is a "family." Well the last time sexual harrassment was okay amongst family members was down south. The employees may "rise" up the corporate ladder with fancy titles like "sales executive" or "trainers" but there is no rise in pay. This company tricks their employees into working soley for commission. Secondly, the company encourages it's coupled employees to recruit their significant other to join the company. Apparently, that's the only way they'll get to see or be with their partners during the daylight.
In regards to the marketing products they sell (charity donations, fuel efficiency, subscriptions). They appeal to the unsuspecting customer by reducing their electric bill, for instance, when it's really increasing the consumers bill causing them to pay more and put more money in the company's pocket.
This company has hopes of expanding to different cities in the United States. Cobb wants to surpass the United States' $189 billion dollar marketing cap by the end of the year. At the rate this company is going, it very well could happen, but will not look good in the long run.
Where do we contact Donald Trump to challenge this company and call Cobb's bluff? Someone needs to become wise to this company, and fast.
To the significant others of Pan Atlantic employees who haven't fallen prey to this company's empty promises, let your voice be heard! To consumers who have been conned by the false sales of Pan Atlantic, let your voice be heard. Contact anyone and everyone to shut down the company before it grows. Speak now!

We're sorry that you seem to have had a negative experience with our company. We do appreciate the feedback however, and the opportunity to improve. We'll do our best to answer your concerns.
From the way you describe our business in your review, we can only assume that you haven't actually worked with us. Your review seems like a very general list of things you believe about the company, rather than a specific experience with us. That's a shame, because if you had we hope we might have changed your mind on some of your preconceptions. For instance you mentioned that our associates do not earn any more money when receiving promotions. This is certainly not the case. We can't think of any reason why someone would work hard to gain a promotion if it didn't benefit them.
We're certainly not a 'get rich quick' company, by any means. We believe that it takes hard work, dedication and determination to succeed, and all of our successful associates have gained their success by championing those ideals. Nothing comes for free, but we believe in our business, and so do the many people who are now running their own offices as a result of the hard work they put in here.
As for our advertising, we're sorry you felt like it wasn't clear enough. We do try to make sure that all of our advertising explains exactly what the job entails, but we'll certainly do our best to improve that in future. It makes very little sense for us to attract applicants who are not suited to the position. That doesn't benefit anyone.
We're sorry that you don't think that our products are as great as we do, but we're very proud of the work we do, as are the clients we work with, and the customers who remain our sole focus. Currently we're generating around $1800 a week in new recurring donations for our charity clients, which translates to almost $130000 over the course of the average customer commitment. That's just at our current level of acquisition, and we're still growing and trying to improve. We're proud of that, and we don't think that's a negative in the least.
We'd definitely like to categorically state that we take allegations of harassment of any sort very seriously, and it is certainly not tolerated here. Please do contact us directly and provide details of any incidents and we will follow up and investigate. We pride ourselves on our diverse workforce, and the fact that everyone at our company has the same opportunity, regardless of background.
