Firstly, Pangea Processing does no advertising or other sales, we simply provide payment processing services for sites that do so. The customer in question here did indeed call and cancel their membership. They were cancelled in due course. Their communication said nothing regarding a REFUND however, hence the charge appearing on their card statement. A customer may cancel at any time, specifically and most commonly when they no longer need to order medication through us. We process hundred of such acancellations in the course of normal business. The qualifications for a refund are more specific and the onus is on the customer to ask for one. We do respond to every email that we receive, although it may take a day. It is interesting that the original poster makes mention of the toll-free number we include on the card statement. They can call this number 24 hours a day to cancel or discuss a refund in addition to email and online live chat. All of these options are of course delineated on the contact page of our site as well.
