I live in an apartment complex which was purchased by panoramic properties almost a year ago, since then they have eliminated the only two sets of good supers we have ever had. Now we are left with mean lazy supers who do not want to do repairs or even pick up the garbage discarded around the buildings. We are supposed to live in luxury suits, which the buildings and grounds are dirty and when something breaks we are accused of breaking it, expected to wait months and they want us to pay for the repair. People are moving out left, right and centre, which is sad because many of us have lived her for many many years, but we are tired of being treated as we are beneath them and tired of the supers entering apartments without cause invading our privacy and rights as tenants.

This company keeps ruining these buildings and the number of empty appartments is growing. This was a wonderful place to live and now all the orginal tenants are looking for new places to live. The more we complain the worst the buildings get! They need to fire all the supers and bring in qualified people who will care for the tenants and the buildings as their own homes. Very disgraceful!!!
