Panoramic Towing Overcharged by 25%! Santa Clarita, California
BEWARE
Panoramic Towing quotes $10/mile over whatever your tow coverage covers. My tow was 44 miles, my coverage will cover the first 30 miles. Panoramic charged $200 for the additional 44 miles, that should have been $140 but.......they claim since I live up a hill they charge more, and to add insult to injury when they processed my credit card they added and ADDITIONAL fee of .99! That is not a large sum but to add that when they already ripped me off for the additional $60 this was awful! The driver was great but the company is a total rip-off!!!

BEWARE
Panoramic Towing quotes $10/mile over whatever your tow coverage
covers. My tow was 44 miles, my coverage will cover the first 30
miles. Panoramic charged $200 for the additional 14 miles, that should
have been $140 but.......they claim since I live up a hill they charge
more. The hill is a FREEWAY, Highway 5 and Semi-trucks and tow trucks run up and down the freeway all day every day!! So the office was full of crap!!
To add insult to injury when they processed my credit card
they added and ADDITIONAL fee of .99! That is not a large sum but to add
that when they already ripped me off for the additional $60 this was
awful! The driver was great but the company is a total rip-off!!!
