Paperline.com ripoff I bought their book online paid via paypal and never received anything Winnipeg Ontario
Do not do business with these people you will get ripped off and after contacting them numerous times I still have not received a refund or the book I ordered. I paid via paypal and they paid them.
After not receiving my book I called and talked to Lyle Speakman and his first response was that he didn't realize he had already been paid by paypal. He then said "I see where I have been paid by paypal and will get that right out to you today.
After waiting a few more days I called back and a lady said "I don't have anything to do with that that's my husband's deal and he is out of town right now." Someone called me back later and said "It must have gotten lost in the mail we'll send you another."
I waited and waited but never received anything again. I called back and Lyle said " Oh, I didn't send it until last Friday so it should be there soon it probably got hung up at the border."
To make a long story short I have never received anything but a runaround from these people and they act now like I ripped them off!!?? DO NOT do business with these ripoff artists. Thank you for your time.

When Gary called I assureed him it would come soon, as we use Canada Post for shipping and have no tracking methods. and in the mean time we sent him via email a PDF copy of the book to use until the origainal arrived. When gary demanded his money back I asked if he could wait until the end of the week or agree to send the book we sent out back, on the following saturday I asked if he recieved the book and he said no. We refunded his money in full that day and said he could keep the copies of the book in good faith.
