Purchased Symantec Norton product March 13, 2003 and sent in the rebate application immediately. On April 3, Parago posted on their web site, "Your rebate is valid ... and should be sent to you within the next 30 days."
Today is June 13th, three months since purchase. Despite four phone calls and attempts to escalate the problem, no rebate. Today, Andrew Jones (866-737-4933) told me the check would be mailed within 7 to 10 days. Nice story, but the same one that I got in May and earlier in June.
Andrew Jones says that Lottie Denis is the president; I'll try her home phone number. (But Parago's web site says the president is Kenneth R Johnson.)
