Paragon Honda sucks. I found out when i got a car from them to finance. Yeah that's right expect at least 6 hours of wait time before u get something. And the finance guy tried to rip me off, he tried to add some kind of warranty, insurance to my car ( why would i need his freaking insurance when I have GEICO, why don't u go and tell those bedtime stories to your kids). I got a car 6 months ago and when i started financing they gave me 10% APR, I was frustrated and told them that it's to high, I asked them if there is a way to lower it since my credit history was "good". The guy by name Fabio told me to wait like 6 months to see if i'm paying my bills on time and if there is no problem with my promptness he would lower it, but I went back there after those 6 months and he told me that it's impossible because of recent financial crisis, no way financial crisis is not a f***ing excuse. Then i tried to change my car he sent some salesperson by name Monica(totally inexperienced worker, looked like just graduated from a high school) she started going through the numbers, oh and then she asked me what card i used to make downpayment i gave her the card and she took it away i was gonna ask her why she took it but she left and then she came back she gave me papers where the price for the car was to high and my APR was like 17%. I told her that i dont have time and would come back later to discuss it (it took her forever to come back with those papers and i needed to leave) i asked her to give me my card back and then she brought me the card with a credit card slip. Turns out she charged my card for downpayment. It's so stupid can u imagine she charged it without my permission. I told her to void it immediately, because i didn't have enough money in that account, she told me that she would take care of it, but after 4 days i find out that my account went to negative plus they charged me overdraft fee(it was checking account). So ridiculous and negligent. I went there again but she wasn't there and i spoke with the general manager by name Mike (guys don't even come near this person, he should get anger management classes) i told him what happened and he refunded my money but he didn't refund the overdraft fee(it's still money and it's their fault) so I demanded from him. After the whole fight he said "SUE ME", it was ridiculous, he acted like a kid. I said "You gonna lose your customers" and he said "I love losing cutomers like you". AMERICAN HONDA, did u hear that? He loves losing customers. Here u go CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager is the face of the company anyway, now i feel sorry for AMERICAN HONDA. I told this to all my friends and my brother is not gonna get a car from them. Get rid of this kindda managers. They can't even chose right workers. I dont need to sue him for $34 but i said whatever i wanted to say to him.
