I am first time car buyer. Recently, I bought a brand new Honda Accord Exl 2017 from this dealer with no discount from its MSRP. When I went to pick up the car, the car was mess and dirty inside and outside with one original key missing. On top of that I found out that there was dent and scratches on lower right corner from unreported accident. Later, I had to go to Honda service center two times to get duplicate key for the lost one. Since I already signed the document, they said I have no other option except to take car with $1000 discount. Paragon Honda advertise 0.1% interest rate of APR. However, I ended up paying more than 5% interest rate even though I have good credit history. I was not happy with what I got and tried to reach them by phone several times, but they did not respond me. I even wrote to general manager Mr. Brain Benstock, but no any response. Finally, I went there in person and they said that they can not do anything to address my dissatisfaction.

And not get arrested!

1st be polite

2nd never ever raise your voice or say lawyer or lawsuit. This is critical and doing any  of these things ends your chances.

3rd Stand at the reception counter and don't move

4th Ask to see the General Manager, If anyone says they'r the manager ask what their complete title is. Refuse to speak to anyone except the GM, there is about 10 managers at any dealer.

5th Make sure you can hear and pay attention to all conversations at the counter. This will freak out the staff, but thats the idea, but don`t speak other than to say you are waiting for the GM.

6th Don't move until you speak to the GM. Then accompany him to his office if invited, otherwise the following can be done at the counter.

Now it gets risky, you need to be careful

7th You need them to "Correct" the intrest rate error and repair the damage. Careful what language you use. Theft, Fraud or any other suggestion the ``errors`` were intentional will get you piched out on the street by the police. Maybe worse. No Suggestion of illeagle activity!

8th When he says the meeting is over and to get out, you are comfortable where you are and want to speak to the owner.

If they call the police ask the cop to charge the dealer with fraud concerning your intrest rate and the advertisment that was not applied to you.

Good Luck
