The vehicle that you purchased from us was inspected prior to your acceptance, however, this does not always prevent situations like those that you described from coming up. Was an extended warranty purchased for the vehicle? Once we have this information we can take the necessary steps to address your concerns, including possibly exchanging this car for another vehicle.
