Paramount assets property management They have living in mices and rats infested apartment. They don't take this serious. I have been complaining for almost two years now. He they charge me two months security deposit. They paint with cheap water paint. They don't want repainting after three years. They apartment need lots work done in here. They refuse to fix or paint. They getting cheap exterminator service. Mice and rats biting in floor ,running around at night. Mice and rats dropping in the back stairs case. They Don't supply refrigerator and do any repair in the unit. Nasty odor coming through the basement of dead rodants. Paint string from ceiling. Elizabeth NEW JERSEY

The apartment is full of mice,rats,roaches and badly need of repair. Fool odor coming through the basement of dead rodant. They are cheap they use water paint to paint. They don't supply tenants with refrigerator. They take it for nothing when i complaining about the rodants. They bite in the floors at night and running around. They never agree to fixed or paint. They get cheap exterminator exterminator service that breeds up more rodants.They charge two months security deposit and one months rent for me to move in. All the apartment have mice running around. The other tenants they are afraid to complain.I am bringing up a law suite against the slum Lard who does care.They just want to collect money and they don't about the rodants in the apartment. I have wait days for them fixed anything that is broken. He trying every thing for me not move.These mice and rats full of germs. The building in hall every else need repair. They use a partition convas wall to divide the living room and tell me it's two bedroom. It's not two bedroom.
