ParboNet N.v. ( Parbo Net ) Sneaky Contract, Once you see the slowness or non-existant customer service overnight and on weekends. along with the, behind the times technology for a ridiculas amount of money, they have already trapped you and have to pay $600 USD to leave. Totally unethical. Paramaribo
I have a report that I am reporting to the "Rip Off Report" if this isn't resolved quickly.
In every country I've lived in New Zealand, the United States, Guyana... I have never had a internet provider that does not respond when I need assistance. And all of them are available 24/7. This is very bad service. When ever it's the weekend and things go out, I have
to wait till Monday to get anyone. And every internet company I have dealt with charges $50 USD or less and provide over 500 kgs of quality internet speed. I've never heard of a company that charged $200 a month for only some 150 kgs. And this for as much as $200 USD a month!
That's bad quality service and a rip off. It's 2009! Not 1960 when computers are all new! I'm going to report you to the "Rip Off Report", because that is just bad and everyone should be able to look up Parbo Net online and know before they switch to you. I'm telling all of my friends and the like. And now that I see it for what it is, they tell me that I have to wait three months and can't cancel my service. Unheard of! Any and every internet company I've ever dealt with allowed me to switch or cancel the same day.
That's why I'm going ahead to Telesur and am encouraging all other ParboNet customers to do the same.
I'm not working at the present time and can't afford to spend that kind of mony on a rip off!
Talk about a company out to take advantage of people! Warn all of your friends and family members. You can take a risk with them if you dare, but I advise to stay away from Parbo Net. Who knows what other tricks they have up their sleeves.
