Mr Martens was pleased with his vehicle purchase, and the black electrical tape was not noticed by me. There were some advertising mistakes made, but we rectified them by giving Trent a warranty at no cost. It was not done intentionally.He did not have to take delivery of the vehicle as there were over 36 postings for similar vehicles. We also offered him a free new cd player. He insisted on us giving him free gas cards to "make me go away". He complained to the local motor vehicle association, which dismissed his complaint. No business is perfect, but we try our best. In closing, it seemed Mr. Martens had sour grapes and wanted to make us pay, almost like going to a grocery store , complain about something, and get a freebee. We gave him a warranty, offered him a cd player, but nothing seemed good enough.,
