The Parliament House Condo & Towers has well over 400 units and only offers 1 handicap Parking spot that has a 30 minute time limit before towing your car. The Board Of Directors belittles and rushes sick elderly visitors with disability to a limit of 30 minutes before towing at owner’s expense. The Parliament House Condo & Towers is an old 19 story condo with 2 towers and broken elevators. Most of the owners rent there unites out on Airbnb creating a further parking problem.
I understand that The Parliament House Condo & Towers Board Of Directors wants to make changes to the rental policies that they said would open up more parking spots? This does not address why they only have 1 handicap parking spot with a 30 minute time limit before towing.
The Parliament House Condo & Towers is not ran fairly. Even when they put it to a vote all proxy are sent to the board and not an independent third party.
